Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and actively participate in audit meetings with internal stakeholders and external auditors (Big 4 and other consulting firms).
  • Capture detailed meeting notes, track decisions, discrepancies, and action items.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Support the execution of IT(IT General Controls) and automated control testing.
  • Assist in evidence collection, validation, and submission in alignment with audit timelines.
  • Identify gaps in compliance and escalate risks appropriately.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Legal, and Risk to ensure alignment and timely delivery of audit requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and auditors to clarify control design and implementation.
  • Maintain and update audit tracking tools and dashboards.
  • Provide regular status updates to PMO leadership and executive sponsors.
  • Drive accountability for audit deliverables and escalate blockers to leadership.
