Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing new and alternative sources for products while maintaining quality and on-time delivery targets at best pricing.
• Issuing and evaluating RFQs for local and global suppliers.
• Working within cross-functional teams and supporting stakeholders through NPI and engineering change processes.
• Assessing supplier quotes, supplier selection, pricing, and delivery.
• Conducting supplier reviews and performance tracking.
• Acting as point of escalation with suppliers for any supply issues.

Key Skills:

• Previous experience in a professional buying role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management strategy and expediting.
