Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Project Lifecycle: Drive project planning, timeline estimation, issue tracking, and documentation while proactively navigating roadblocks.
- Build & Deploy Solutions: Leverage your technical acumen to customize, execute, and troubleshoot solutions based on precise client and partner objectives.
- Shape Product Strategy: Analyze user feedback to identify product gaps, assess business impact, and collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Management to influence feature roadmaps.
- Empower Partners: Lead business reviews, identify new commercial opportunities, and advise stakeholders on best practices to optimize their tech stack.
- Create Scale: Develop repeatable solution content (tutorials, best practices) and contribute to Business Efficiency Plans to streamline operations.
- Manage Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to manager-level stakeholders, addressing escalations and coaching teams on the latest ecosystem developments.

Schedule: Normal business hours
