Summary: The role of Solution Architect – SAP Commissions involves leading enterprise-scale implementations and developing innovative compensation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Commissions and will be responsible for designing and configuring compensation plans, conducting workshops, and managing technical risks. This position requires collaboration with both business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. The role is based in London with hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead RFPs, solution design, and client presentations
- Conduct requirement workshops with business & IT stakeholders
- Design and configure end-to-end compensation plans
- Build POCs, demos, and explore new product capabilities
- Execute pipelines, analyze payouts, and resolve discrepancies
- Support UAT, deployments, and post-go-live enhancements
- Lead distributed teams and manage technical risks
Key Skills:
- SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (SAP Commissions)
- 2+ end-to-end implementations (S/4HANA backend preferred)
- Strong experience in compensation plans, pipelines & data integration
- Advanced SQL & understanding of commissions data model
- Expertise in credits, incentives, deposits, and payment processes
- AMS support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
- Nice to Have: SAP Territory & Quota
- Advanced workflows & dispute management
- SAP HANA (SDI / Landing Pad)
- SAP BO / Crystal Reports basics
- SAP Commissions Certification
