Solutions Architect (Oracle)
Summary: The role of Solutions Architect (Oracle) involves supporting a client in a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programme aimed at modernizing back-office systems. The architect will shape the end-to-end architecture across critical business functions, ensuring alignment with the transformation strategy and best practices. The position requires a strong background in Oracle environments and experience in enterprise-level solution design. The role is hybrid, requiring three days a week onsite in North East England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the end-to-end architecture for business-critical functions including HR, Timesheets, Learning & Training, and Procurement.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to align solutions with the transformation strategy.
- Design and govern end-to-end solutions across complex enterprise programmes.
- Create and manage high-level and detailed solution architecture documentation.
- Define integration strategies between Oracle and wider enterprise systems.
- Engage with both technical and non-technical audiences for stakeholder management.
- Work within complex enterprise environments.

You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned to the wider transformation strategy and delivered in line with architectural best practice.
The successful candidate will have a proven background as a Solutions Architect within Oracle environments, with strong experience designing and governing end-to-end solutions across complex enterprise programmes.
You must be able to commute to the North East 3 days per week.
