Summary: The Solutions Architect role involves overseeing the technical design and implementation of a programme for a client in Scotland. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and chair the programme's technical design authority, ensuring all solutions align with guiding principles and challenging deviations where necessary.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical challenges, proactively checking in with teams and leading resolution efforts alongside SMEs and supplier experts.
• Work closely with the wider IT team to assess the integration and fit of Workday or Oracle (TBC) solutions within the broader technology landscape.
• Take ownership of technical aspects that fall in the "grey area" between functional and technical teams, ensuring nothing is left unaddressed.
• Engage with and influence senior leadership, translating technical concepts into clear, non-technical language to drive decision-making.
