Summary: The role of BMC Helix Solution Architect involves designing and delivering automated service management solutions for a large-scale retail transformation program. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect BMC Helix solutions aligned with business, operational and service management requirements.
- Lead implementation and integration of BMC Helix ITSM, Discovery, CMDB, Digital Workplace and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, cloud and business teams to deliver scalable and resilient service management platforms.
- Drive automation and workflow optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency, service delivery and user experience.
- Define solution architecture, technical standards, governance, and best practices for BMC Helix platforms and integrations.
- Support incident, problem, change, asset and configuration management process improvements aligned with ITIL practices.
- Provide technical leadership for platform upgrades, migrations, integrations and transformation projects.
- Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high availability and stability of BMC environments.
- Develop architecture documentation, low-level designs and operational procedures for enterprise service management solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders, vendors and project teams to support strategic digital transformation and continuous service improvement initiatives.
