Summary: The Solution Architect will spearhead the design and implementation of enterprise digital transformation projects, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Business Central. This role demands a blend of technical leadership and stakeholder management to ensure the delivery of secure and scalable technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Business Central, and integrated ecosystems.
- Design integration and data migration strategies across CRM, ERP, portals, and payment systems.
- Establish security, compliance, performance, and scalability standards.
- Lead discovery, fit-gap analysis, and production of architecture and design documentation.
- Provide technical governance across multiple workstreams and manage architectural risks.
- Communicate architectural decisions clearly to business and executive stakeholders.
- Support quality assurance, testing strategies, and go-live readiness.
Key Skills:
- 10–12+ years of enterprise software delivery experience.
- 8+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Business Central.
- 6+ years in a senior Solution or Enterprise Architect role.
- Strong experience with system integrations, data migrations, and security architecture.
- Solid knowledge of Azure, APIs, Power BI, and Power Pages.
- Proven leadership on large, complex programmes (£300k+ budgets).
- Microsoft certifications, payment system integrations, large-scale data migrations, and regulated-sector experience (nice to have).
