Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end solution architectures across applications, integration, data, and infrastructure
- Align solution designs with enterprise target architecture
- Produce high-quality architecture and design documentation
- Support Agile and waterfall teams across the full delivery lifecycle
- Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and data protection requirements
- Engage with vendors and system integrators to validate designs
- Support cloud and hybrid architectures
- Provide hands-on input during build, test, and deployment
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect on complex programmes
- Background in public sector, healthcare, or regulated environments
- Strong experience designing integrated, enterprise-scale solutions
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Experience with APIs, middleware, data integration, and modern SDLC practices
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps
- Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
- Desirable: Healthcare systems or large public sector platform experience
- Desirable: Microsoft ecosystem exposure (Azure, Dynamics, DevOps)
- Desirable: Consultancy or advisory background
- Desirable: Architecture framework knowledge (TOGAF or similar)
