Summary: The Solutions Architect role is a temporary/contractor position focused on the public and regulatory sector, primarily involving remote work with occasional site visits in Swindon. The position requires a senior-level technology professional with extensive experience in architecture frameworks and Agile development. The candidate will be responsible for making technical decisions and advising stakeholders while ensuring technology operates effectively at scale. The role is expected to last between 6 to 12 months and requires BPSS background checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical decision-maker or advisor in a technical role.
- Represent technology to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure technology operates and supports at scale.
- Engage in Agile software development and work within SCRUM teams.
- Demonstrate understanding and application of TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks.
- Conduct occasional site visits in Swindon as required.

Essential Skills & Experience:
