Summary: The Solutions Architect role focuses on leading the design of cloud and infrastructure solutions, particularly in Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution design across Azure, Microsoft 365, AVD/RDS, Windows Server, networking and security
- Validate technical scope and feasibility early in the project lifecycle
- Lead the end-to-end design of cloud and infrastructure solutions, from initial pre-sales engagement through to delivery
- Manage risk, dependencies and act as the escalation point for complex technical issues
- Ensure solutions are documented and ready for support handover
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience delivering Azure and cloud infrastructure solutions
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, identity, security, AVD/RDS, Windows Server, Active Directory and hybrid networking
- Clear communicator comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of networking, firewalls and hybrid connectivity

We're looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to lead cloud and infrastructure solution design across pre-sales, delivery and Managed Services transition.
Key responsibilities
- Lead solution design across Azure, Microsoft 365, AVD/RDS, Windows Server, networking and security
- Validate technical scope and feasibility early in the project lifecycle
- Lead the end-to-end design of cloud and infrastructure solutions, from initial pre-sales engagement through to delivery
- Manage risk, dependencies and act as the escalation point for complex technical issues
- Ensure solutions are documented and ready for support handover
Key experience
- Hands-on experience delivering Azure and cloud infrastructure solutions
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, identity, security, AVD/RDS, Windows Server, Active Directory and hybrid networking
- Clear communicator comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of networking, firewalls and hybrid connectivity
Nice to have
- Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, MS-100/101) or working towards them
- Background in an MSP, VAR, or IT services environment
- Familiarity with Azure governance, cost optimisation, and pre-sales support
