Summary: The role of Solution Designer focuses on creating end-to-end solutions within the telecommunications sector, specifically involving BSS applications. The position requires a strong background in interface design and system integration, particularly with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and CSG solutions. The candidate will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. This is a 6-month contract role based in Reading, offering technical leadership and stakeholder engagement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive end-to-end solution designs that align with business requirements and enhance customer experience.
• Design and implement integration strategies between Salesforce, ServiceNow, and CSG systems.
• Ensure seamless system interaction through effective interface designs.
• Provide technical guidance throughout solution implementation.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in telecom processes and technologies, particularly BSS applications such as CRM, Product Catalog, Order Orchestration, Billing, and Service Assurance.
• Strong understanding of Fibre Access Network, network nodes, and topologies.
• Experience with telecom IT architecture, methodologies, and data mapping.
• Technical skills in TMForum Open APIs, Frameworx, Microservices, UML, REST/Webservices, JSON, and Agile Development.
• Knowledge of Test & Diagnostics applications is desirable.
