Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the client's representative on the Workday HCM transformation project.
- Partner closely with the incoming implementation partner while maintaining clear alignment with internal business goals.
- Lead technical architecture, integration strategy, and system design across the Workday HCM programme.
- Ensure platform consolidation adheres to governance standards and long-term strategic objectives.
- Collaborate across business functions to ensure the solution meets broader organisational needs-not just those of the implementation partner.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering Workday HCM transformations, ideally from greenfield.
- A strong and influential communicator able to advocate for business priorities and challenge constructively.
- Robust architectural background in HCM systems; TOGAF or similar certification desirable.
