Summary: The Solution Architect (Salesforce) role focuses on refining the technology portfolio to align with business goals, conducting solution architecture assessments, and developing capability models. The position requires collaboration with technology leadership and business stakeholders to enhance operations and performance while ensuring effective communication. The role also involves evaluating new platforms and improving existing architecture and software development processes. This is a hybrid position requiring two days on-site work in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline and refine the portfolio for better alignment with business goals.
  • Solution Architecture Assessment: Identify key gaps in the solution architecture.
  • Develop a capability model to support strategic objectives.
  • Partner with the technology leadership team to drive initiatives.
  • Define areas where the bank can enhance its operations and performance.
  • Establish a cohesive and integrated technology roadmap.
  • Take on a comprehensive enterprise architecture role.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand pain points and deliver technology solutions.
  • Due Diligence for New Platforms/Software: Conduct thorough evaluations before adapting new platforms or software.
  • Assess the current architecture landscape, define the "as-is" state, and recommend improvements.
  • Focus on improving the existing architecture and software development processes.
  • Operate autonomously while delivering results.
  • Ensure clear and impactful communication throughout all interactions.
  • Having experience in CRM and Salesforce applications.

  • Strong understanding of CRM and Salesforce applications.
