Key Responsibilities:
- Providing architectural oversight across both Retail operations and Back Office functions.
- Helping the team transition from "fixing" to "building" by aligning projects with the three-year IT strategy.
- Ensuring seamless connectivity between AWS cloud services, Oracle, and HR systems.
- Offering technical leadership to delivery teams.

- A solid understanding of the retail lifecycle and supply chain logistics to support the current project volume.
- A deep understanding of architectural frameworks and how to integrate them into a fast-paced business.

The Role: We are looking for a balanced professional who can act as both a thinker and a doer. Guidance and support will be provided to the implementation team to ensure the vision becomes a reality.
