Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect with extensive experience in React Native to lead the design and implementation of mobile applications for Android and iOS. The role involves bridging business requirements with technology solutions, ensuring a seamless mobile architecture. The ideal candidate will also mentor developers and drive technical delivery across the mobile platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Define mobile application architecture standards, best practices, and reusable components.
  • Ensure performance, security, and scalability of mobile apps.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor developers in best practices and design patterns.
  • Work closely with backend teams to define RESTful APIs, data integration, and third-party services.
  • Drive end-to-end technical delivery across the mobile platform.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3–5 years in a Solution Architect or similar leadership role.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with React Native for both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Deep understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns (MVVM/MVC/Flux), and native modules.
  • Experience with native development in Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile app lifecycle, publishing to Google Play and App Store.
  • Expertise in CI/CD, version control (Git), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of security protocols, data protection, and compliance for mobile applications.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs, SDKs, and analytics tools.
