Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and assurance of solutions within the MS Dynamics platform.
• Develop and deliver a CRM strategy and roadmap addressing current business pain points.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to implement Dynamics CRM solutions effectively.
• Work autonomously across multiple program streams while engaging with system integrators.
• Oversee proof of concepts and pilots to improve processes and technologies.
• Map end-to-end architectures within a complex system landscape.
• Support D365 integration designs using MS Power Automate.
• Contribute to program governance forums regarding design decisions.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and functional architectural expertise.
