Summary: The Desktop Support Engineer role involves providing full-time onsite support for users at the main site of an established organization. Fruition are working with an establish organisation who are looking to hire a Desktop Support Engineer for a 6 month contract. The role will be full time onsite supporting users at their main site, managing tickets and providing deskside support. The role will require you to be onsite 5 days per week and you due to the location of the site you need to be able to drive, the role is standard office hours with no on call.
Required Skills/Experience
- Proven experience in a Desktop Support role
- Experience of managing tickets and supporting users at desk
- Experience of supporting Windows, O365, Active Directory and Thin Client devices
- You must be able to drive and have access to your own transport
