Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed technical specifications, diagrams, and integration templates.
- Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and the company's strategic objectives.
- Define and implement strategies for extracting data from Legacy systems.
- Design data pipelines to transfer data into data lakes.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security throughout the integration process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business units.
- Work closely with application owners to understand data requirements and constraints.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of Saviynt.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project life cycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all integration activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data during extraction, transfer, and storage.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in integrating Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
- Extensive experience with data integration, data lakes, and Legacy system migration.
- Proficiency in data extraction tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of data lake architecture and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks relevant to the insurance industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
