Summary: The Senior Amazon Connect Architect will lead the design and implementation of complex contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and various AWS services. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of AWS cloud engineers in the design, development, and implementation of contact center solutions.
- Develop and own the overall architecture of contact center solutions, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
- Leverage deep knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, Lex, Bedrock, API Gateway, Pinpoint, etc.) to build integrated contact center solutions.
- Demonstrate in-depth expertise in Amazon Connect, including contact flows, agent desktops, routing, analytics, and integration capabilities.
- Utilize AWS CDK for infrastructure as code to automate and streamline the deployment process.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, providing innovative solutions and workarounds.
- Adhere to AWS best practices and security standards to ensure the reliability and compliance of solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in contact center technology and AWS services.
