Summary: The Senior Amazon Connect Architect will lead the design and implementation of complex contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and various AWS services. This role requires collaboration with clients and a team of AWS cloud engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the overall architecture of contact center solutions, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, Lex, Bedrock, API Gateway, Pinpoint, etc.) to build integrated contact center solutions.
  • Demonstrate in-depth expertise in Amazon Connect, including contact flows, agent desktops, routing, analytics, and integration capabilities.
  • Utilize AWS CDK for infrastructure as code to automate and streamline the deployment process.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, providing innovative solutions and workarounds.
  • Adhere to AWS best practices and security standards to ensure the reliability and compliance of solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in contact center technology and AWS services.
