Service Care Solutions are looking for a Solicitor to join the Natural Resources, Forestry and Climate Change Branch within the Marine, Planning and Natural Resources Division. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a varied and high-profile workload in an area of significant Ministerial priority. The role is available on an interim basis to cover maternity leave. The post-holder will provide legal advice on a broad range of matters, including climate change, emissions reduction, biodiversity, forestry regulation, and the implementation of the recently passed Natural Environment (Scotland) Bill. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in primary and secondary legislation and contribute to Scotland’s environmental and climate priorities.
