Solar PV Site HSE Supervisor

The Opportunity: Pay: £48 - £64 GBP per hour (PAYE) + holiday + pension

Key Responsibilities

• HSE Leadership: Ensure 100% compliance with client's HSE policies and support Site Managers.
• Project Control: Manage site schedules, costs, and quality standards for the PV plant construction.
• Contractor Management: Act as the site contact for EPC and ICP contractors, ensuring adherence to Method Statements and technical specifications.
• Commissioning: Monitor quality control and closure of punch list items during the handover to O&M teams.
• Reporting: Deliver daily and weekly progress updates to the Project HSE Manager, Head of HSE and Head of Execution Onshore.

Candidate Profile

• Education: Degree or relevant vocational qualifications
• Experience: Significant UK site HSE supervision experience, including at least one 50 MWp+ solar PV project.
• Technical Savvy: Deep knowledge of UK industry standards, EPC/ICP contract structures, and environmental legislation.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage multi-functional teams and solve complex technical issues under pressure.
• Mobility: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
