Detailed Description From Employer:

Our IT Practice Area is a key part of our success and our clients include many large household name companies. We have a temporary opportunity for a Software QA Technician to join our fantastic and exciting development team in our modern Amersham office on a hybrid basis (2-3 days in the office). This is a 12 months Fixed Term Contract

A snapshot of your day: You will be responsible for planning, developing and executing software test scripts and scenario's in order to ensure developed software meets user requirements. You will also be responsible for developing testing programs to address areas such as regression and negative testing and documentation of software defects and reporting these back to the Development Team. You will also have responsibility for composing release communications on new or improved features of an application. You will need manual testing experience and working automation skills.

  • Practitioner in Agile Quality Certification (including ISTQB certifications in Tester Foundation Level and Agile Foundation level]
  • Demonstrable software quality assurance experience
  • Maths and English GCSE grade 5 / C or above
