Key Responsibilities:
- Take a leadership position in automation, collaborating with Architects and Scrum team members to clarify requirements and ensure testability.
- Provide feedback on functional and technical design.
- Innovate on tools and processes to enhance QA functional, manual, and automation testing.
- Document best practices and mentor junior team members.
- Work on frameworks to ensure continuous deployment and integration.
- Develop new proofs-of-concepts for QA Automation, ensuring continual improvements.
- Interact frequently with senior business leadership.
- Work independently under minimal managerial supervision.
- Deliver assigned work applying established procedures and frameworks.
- Define roadmap in collaboration with Portfolio/IT managers and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a QA lead.
- Agile testing and test automation experience with accelerator tools.
- Proficiency in Selenium C# with BDD framework using Specflow.
- API Automation experience.
- Implementation of Selenium Grid.
- Experience applying appropriate test measurements and metrics.
