Summary: This role is a 9-month fixed-term contract for a Software Product Manager specializing in Workday, based in either Chiswick or Liverpool. The position involves providing Tier 2+ support for Workday, driving system enhancements, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize the Global People system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday and be a proactive problem solver with excellent analytical skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2+ support and resolution for Workday issues globally.
- Support Regional Super Users with advice, guidance, and issue resolution.
- Deliver end-user training and communication materials for Workday changes.
- Drive Workday efficiency and lead internal projects aligned with the Workday Roadmap.
- Act as an expert for specific business processes and functional areas within Workday.
- Capture system requirements and manage enhancements through to completion.
- Analyze business report requirements and conduct information gathering sessions.
- Lead and support global Workday process excellence initiatives.
- Test all future Workday releases.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in the Workday Ecosystem.
- Expert technical working knowledge of Workday in a live, BAU environment.
- Strong configuration skills in Workday.
- Specialty in one or more areas of Workday (e.g., Core HCM, Recruiting, Security, Business Process, Reporting).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Workday Certification (desirable).
- Previous experience within an HR function outside of HRIS (desirable).
- Global experience (desirable).
