Summary: The Software Integration Project Manager will oversee the delivery phase of a significant COTS Software Integration Programme for a leading Broadcast Media & Entertainment brand. This role involves managing a project team and ensuring successful system integration of new campaign management software to enhance marketing inventory planning across various platforms. The position requires a strong understanding of media applications and experience in large-scale transformation projects. The contract is set to run from March 2025 to January 2026, with flexible working arrangements expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Delivery Project, starting with an 8-week Projection Initiation/Design Phase.
- Provide effective Project Planning, Control, Risk/Issue/Stakeholder Management.
- Produce a PID, Cutover Approach, and Test Approach in the Project Initiation/Design Phase.
- Implement COTS products and integrate them into the Content Management System estate.
- Manage the complexity of system integrations with legacy in-house systems and 3rd party solutions.
- Effectively manage the project team consisting of BAs, Architects, and 3rd Party Suppliers.
Key Skills:
- Strong appreciation and understanding of media domain applications and services.
- Demonstrable track record of working on large scale transformation projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Broadcast Management domain knowledge and systems.
- Strong knowledge of MarTech/Content Management Systems.
- Experience in spearheading complex system integration projects.
- Experience with Commercial off the shelf (COTS) applications and their integrations.
- Ability to manage internal delivery teams and 3rd party suppliers of COTS.
- Capability to develop and run RFIs/RFPs, and engage procurement and legal stakeholders.
