Expect to; drive innovation by leading the team; mentoring, reviewing performance & training. work with the project and product managers to develop new systems and procedures to improve team efficiency. manage the software build process, ensuring systems and applications are properly developed and deployed.
Skills Sought; Strong leadership skills and previous experience managing a team of software developers in an agile development environment. Experience of working with React & AWS Understanding of microservices architecture
The role is a hybrid one; with the expectation that you be office based 2 to 3 times a week.
Salary is circa £80,000 depending on experience.
