Summary: The Software Development Specialist role involves building, designing, and securing modern technology platforms within a software-defined, automation-first environment. Candidates will be responsible for delivering automated engineering capabilities and integrating security controls into workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver automated engineering platform capabilities in a CI/CD environment.
- Design and evolve CI/CD pipelines and embed Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
- Integrate security controls into workflows so services are secure by design.
- Support engineering teams, remove manual tasks, and improve platform reliability.
- Collaborate across development, security, and operations teams.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, or C#.
- Cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes/Helm.
- GitLab, Jenkins, Terraform, or Ansible.
- Database technologies and tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
- Agile principles, technical documentation, and security principles (Zero Trust, IAM).
