Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design, build, and implementation of complex platform changes across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Provide deep technical insights and consultative guidance to stakeholders regarding ServiceNow capabilities and architectural best practices.
  • Architect and develop highly responsive Service Portals using HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks.
  • Plan, size, and estimate technical deliverables within a fast-paced Agile / SAFe environment.
  • Build and maintain robust API integrations using JSON, HTTP, and REST/SOAP to ensure seamless data flow across the enterprise.

Key Skills:

  • Proven track record of ServiceNow development with a focus on Service Portal, HTML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and ideally CIS-CSM (Customer Service Management) certification.
  • Proficiency in creating complex integrations utilizing REST/SOAP and handling JSON data structures.
  • Experience working within structured Agile frameworks (Scrum or SAFe) using Jira and Confluence for workflow management.
