About the role: As Software Engineer, you’ll: design and develop Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, in an environment where flows and third-party tools are widely used, customise Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of the organisation, work across other platforms to develop solutions and resolve incidents, proactively collaborate with teams across the organisation to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and have the capacity to support as many dogs as possible, communicate clearly and proactively; letting colleagues know if you’re stuck, sharing progress, and engaging others to help overcome challenges, even when it’s bad news.
