• Implement OpenTelemetry and Grafana for monitoring and observability.
• Drive high autonomy and ownership of projects.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Test stakeholders.
• Make data-driven decisions through experimentation and feature toggles.
• Provide examples of past projects, particularly focusing on accessibility implementations.

Key Skills:

• Strong expertise in Kotlin and Java (Spring Boot).
