Software Engineer- Insurance Pricing

We are currently recruiting for a Software Engineer with AWS/Infrastructure and Python experience to join one of our Global Insurance clients on a 12-month contract

Inside IR35 - Hybrid Working.

Experience

  • Experience of configuring pricing system products previously and/or experience of writing, testing and developing within a programming language such as XML, C++, Python and R or similar would be equally useful.
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders to translate and prioritise business requirements into technical solutions is highly desirable
  • Strong AWS cloud/Infrastructure experience
  • An understanding of technology in product development is highly desirable
  • An understanding of full project life cycle in a structured environment would be an advantage
  • Strong writing skills to produce comprehensive and accurate documentation
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft technologies
  • The role would be suitable for someone with a technical degree or background in computing or a STEM subject (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics).
