Summary: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Java and FullStack development with a focus on backend systems for a prominent client in the Banking sector. The role involves working within the "DevOps Anlageservices" team to develop and maintain services related to investments and retirement planning. The position is based in Zürich and offers a hybrid working arrangement with the possibility of contract extension. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development and a strong understanding of both backend and frontend technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and operate services for investment and retirement planning within the DevOps Anlageservices team.
- Enhance investment modules in e-Banking, including trading, investment advice, and financial reporting functionalities.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer in the Java environment, focusing on backend development with a good understanding of frontend development.
- Strong knowledge of Java and development tools, with good skills in Spring, SQL, JDBC, Oracle DB, and Linux; knowledge of Angular/TypeScript is a plus.
- Experience with State Management Frameworks (e.g., NgRx) is advantageous.
- Fluent in German (native or at least C1 level).
- Quick learner with strong analytical thinking skills.
