About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality applications and products.

You'll play a key role in modernisation initiatives, including:

• Migrating from Elasticsearch to OpenSearch.
• Transitioning capabilities to the cloud.
• Leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance search functionality.

What We're Looking For

• Cloud Skills: AWS Solutions Architect Certification.
• Experience:
• Linux, AWS, ElasticSearch, OpenSearch, Terraform, DevOps, Software Engineering.
• Programming Languages (Must): Java, TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Programming Languages (Should/Could): Go, Rust, Python.
• Skills & Attributes:
• Strong commitment to engineering best practices.
• Excellent mentoring and collaboration skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
