Summary: The Software Developer role is a 12-month contract position primarily remote, requiring occasional travel to Hampshire. Key Responsibilities:

  • Building Source Code Comparison (SCC) tools for intel and ARM architecture to craft automation solutions.
  • Writing low level software in C, C#, Ada or Assembler.

  • Working across the whole Software Development lifecycle.
  • Gathering requirements to design software solutions, design, code and test documentation.
  • Write and review requirement documents.
  • Write and review design documents.
  • Develop and enhance tools that keep our software reliable and to quality standard.
  • Take part in peer reviews and verification processes.

Key Skills:

  • Experience on software development projects developing software on windows and/or Linux environments.
  • Experience of one or more programming languages such as C and/or C#, Ada and Assembler.
  • Good communication skills.

Software Developer – Remote with occasional travel to Hampshire – 12 Month Contract (37.5 hours per week) – Up to £54.54 per hour (Inside IR35) – SC Clearance

Our client are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Developer to work on our clients Nuclear power station project. The ideal candidate must have solid experience programming on C or C# or Ada or Assembler. You will also be working across the full Software Development lifecycle. Working Patterns and location – This is a hybrid role which is mostly remote based with occasional travel to Hampshire.

The Key Responsibilities of a Software Developer:

Below is a list of Key Skills required for a Software Developer role, however you will not be expected to have everything:

  • Has suitable experience on software development projects developing software on windows and/or Linux environments.
  • Experience of one or more programming languages such as C and/or C#, Ada and Assembler (note that JAVA, Matlab are not the type of language we are looking for in relation to this role).
  • Good communication skills.
