Software Engineer

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of SFDC (Salesforce.com) experience with a focus on development and engineering
• At least 1+ year of hands-on Conga CLM (formerly Apttus) product experience
• Deep knowledge of Contract Management Lifecycle processes
• Proven skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Lightning Web Components, Aura Components)
• Strong experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and application deployment
• Salesforce Developer or Architecture Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II) are essential
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Agile and Scrum environment experience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Conga CLM or CPQ Certifications
• Experience with cognitive automation, prototype development, and process pipeline creation
• Familiarity with security and governance best practices in Salesforce environments
• Ability to lead technical decision-making and establish development standards

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Proven track record in developing, deploying, and maintaining complex Salesforce-based solutions
• Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven teams
