Software Engineer (EDI/Java/Web) - Immediate placement

Summary: The Software Engineer (EDI/Java/Web) role is an urgent position requiring immediate placement, focused on developing and supporting EDI applications and web services. The candidate will work on the Medicaid Web Portal and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This position is open to W2 or 1099 candidates only, with no Corp-to-Corp options available. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and support EDI applications and the Medicaid Web Portal
• Implement Java-based web services and RESTful APIs
• Support production systems and troubleshoot issues
• Perform EDI integration (270/271, 276/277, 837 transactions)
• Work with cross-functional teams on system design, testing, and deployment
• Write and maintain Unix scripts, SQL queries, and stored procedures
