About the teamThe Cards platform provides card issuance and authorisation capabilities to financial entities of various sizes. These are a mixture of Credit, Prepaid and Virtual Cards.The team supports and delivers for Cards and Payment hosted platforms in EMEA. This role will form part of our technical team who are responsible for an in-depth level of technical knowledge on our solutions and clients. You will become an SME on Card processing systems end to end and be responsible for supporting more complex production support issues and driving solutions for the future on our platform to enhance our products and services offered by Cards to its clients.In addition, the team offers consultative and educational support to internal partners and our clients and supports the delivery teams in the end-to-end delivery of new client onboarding programs.The team comprises of Business System Specialists, Business Analysts, Project Managers and System administrators who work with various internal partners and our external vendors and clients to shape the future of the products and services offered as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory directives and card network mandates.
