Summary: The Software Engineer role is a 6-month contract based in London, requiring the candidate to work on-site two days a week. The position focuses on enhancing a cloud-based Commodities Trading platform for an Investment Banking client, involving the use of Azure technologies and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Candidates with experience in C#, .Net, and financial services will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and add new features to the cloud-based Commodities Trading platform.
- Work with the Azure suite and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Participate in deployments and manage microservices architecture.
- Utilize C# and .Net technologies in development tasks.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in C# and .Net.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Azure and Azure Suite.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containers.
