You will guide, support, and organise a team of developers working primarily with Microsoft .NET and C# technologies, ensuring delivery is consistent, structured, and aligned to business priorities.
The position is not hands-on coding focused. Instead, your impact will come through the effectiveness of your team, the quality of delivery, and the strength of the processes you help maintain and improve.
