  • 8+ years of experience in Java development with at least 2+ years in a lead role
  • Strong expertise in: Core Java (Java 8+), Spring Framework & Spring Boot, REST API development
  • Hands-on experience with: Apache Kafka, MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, Docker and containerization, Helm / Kubernetes deployments
  • Solid understanding of CIAM / IAM concepts, including: OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, Identity lifecycle management, Authentication & authorization frameworks
  • Experience designing scalable, distributed systems
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
