Summary: A leading global IT services and consulting company is looking for a Software Developer to join its Automation Team. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions using Blue Prism to support digital transformation initiatives. The position requires a minimum of three years of experience in automation development and active SC Clearance. The role is hybrid, primarily remote with occasional travel, and is contracted for 10 months with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions using Blue Prism.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable automation designs.
  • Ensure development adheres to established coding standards and frameworks.
  • Apply Agile/SCRUM methodology in automation project delivery.
  • Document processes, maintain best practices, and support code reviews.
  • Identify and communicate technical issues, risks, and dependencies.
  • Mentor junior developers and perform quality assurance on automation deliverables.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide technical guidance.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing automation solutions with Blue Prism and an object-oriented programming language.
  • Active SC Clearance is required.
  • Strong understanding of business process automation and solution design.
  • Experience working in a Microsoft Azure environment.
  • Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of network communication standards (JMS, HTTP, SOAP, XML, XSD).

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
