Sheldon Phillips are currently working with Westmorland and Furness Council to recruit an experienced Social Worker into their Assessment and Safeguarding Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a frontline service offering an excellent pay rate while working within a supportive safeguarding environment.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload involving assessments, safeguarding intervention and court work. The team works with children and families from referral stage through Child Protection and pre-proceedings, ensuring children receive timely and effective intervention.
