  • Qualified Social Worker with current registration (SWE).

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to drive best practice and achieve positive outcomes for children.

About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and confident Advanced Social Work Practitioner to lead and support a small team within the Assessment & Duty Team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong statutory experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality assessments and interventions that make a real difference to children and families. You’ll play a key role in embedding best practice and ensuring consistent, reflective supervision across the team. The successful candidate will champion the Stronger Together model, underpinned by Signs of Safety , working collaboratively with partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for vulnerable children.
