Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, capture and produce engaging social media content for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.
- Visit the clinic one to three times per month to gather fresh, authentic content.
- Film high-quality short-form content using an HD smartphone setup.
- Capture premium audio using external microphones and professional recording practices.
- Edit reels, stories and social content using CapCut (or similar editing tools).
- Independently schedule and publish content while collaborating closely with the clinic and agency team.
- Help create and maintain structured content plans using Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Produce content around brand awareness, community engagement, educational content, case studies, thought leadership, and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Support social strategies designed to drive new appointment bookings, repeat prescriptions, new patient registrations, and general enquiries.
- Identify trending and culturally relevant social topics that can be adapted for veterinary audiences.
- Help engage clinic teams to appear confidently on camera and participate in reels/content creation.
- Monitor social performance and contribute ideas to improve reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
- Manage client communication and maintain a professional relationship with clinic teams.

As our client portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for a highly creative and commercially aware Freelance Content Creator who understands how to produce premium social content that genuinely connects with people. This initial opportunity will focus on a premium veterinary clinic based near London Bridge, with future opportunities available across additional clinics and brands depending on performance.
Role Description We’re looking for a confident, people-focused content creator who understands how to capture authentic moments within veterinary and clinic environments. You should be comfortable working around animals (especially cats), interacting with veterinary teams, and producing engaging short-form content that reflects a premium, trustworthy brand. This role is ideal for someone who understands both creativity and strategy; someone who knows how to create content that not only looks great, but also drives real engagement, enquiries and bookings. You’ll work collaboratively with clinic teams on content days + email while partnering closely with the Director of Visual-Pixel Digital on content strategy, campaign direction and performance reviews.
