Summary: The Social Media & Content Manager will lead the organic social strategy and content for various lifestyle, hotel, and hospitality brands over a 3-month contract. This role focuses on audience growth, engagement, and enhancing brand presence across key social media channels. The position requires immediate availability and offers a hybrid working arrangement in London. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach to managing social media initiatives and influencer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver organic social strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned to campaigns, openings, and cultural moments.
  • Create and edit content using UGC, influencers, and partners.
  • Post and schedule content, track performance, and optimise based on analytics.
  • Identify and engage relevant influencers and creators in target markets.
  • Manage influencer budgets and help establish ambassador-style relationships.
  • Support social activations around local events, partnerships, and openings.
  • Community management: respond to DMs and comments related to customer service, partnerships, and content opportunities.
  • Produce monthly reports outlining performance, learnings, and recommendations.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience managing social media for consumer-facing brands.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Confidence using tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
  • Good understanding of platform trends and content best practices.
  • Experience with influencer campaigns and community engagement.
  • Ability to work at pace, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work quickly.
  • Must have experience working with hotels or hospitality brands.
