Summary: The Social Media Marketing Manager will lead social media activities for a dynamic AI product within a fast-paced marketing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead social media execution across key platforms, from planning through to delivery and optimisation.

- Work closely with Creative, Legal, Social, Product and PR teams to deliver campaigns at pace.
- Manage external social agencies, creators and partners to ensure high-quality, on-brand output.

- Oversee social content calendars, asset production and approvals.
- Review and manage marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency and legal compliance.

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced, high-energy marketing team at an exciting stage of growth. This is a small, agile team working on one of the most dynamic and high-profile projects in the business — finding fresh, culturally relevant ways to market a cutting-edge AI product. This role is social-first . You’ll take a lead role in shaping and executing social media activity, ensuring the brand shows up in authentic, engaging and culturally relevant ways across platforms. Alongside social, you’ll support brand partnerships and cultural activations that bring the product into everyday British life — from moments like Movember to podcasts, entertainment and lifestyle collaborations. This is a highly hands-on role, ideal for someone who has owned social channels end-to-end and thrives in fast-moving environments. You’ll work closely with internal teams (Creative, Legal, PR and Product) and external agencies and partners to deliver standout, on-brand campaigns.

About You

Experience managing multiple stakeholders in an evolving, sometimes ambiguous environment. Confident working cross-functionally and bringing together teams across different disciplines. Experience managing external agencies, creators or influencers. Passionate about AI and technology, with a clear understanding of how products fit into everyday life. Preferred Background
Previous roles such as Social Media Manager, Social Lead, Head of Social, or Marketing Manager with a strong social focus. Experience marketing consumer tech or AI-powered products.
