Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media posting schedule across multiple channels, including videos, imagery, and copy.
  • Engage in community management by responding to comments and direct messages.
  • Drive direct messages and gather customer information for inquiries.
  • Create thumbnails for social media content following brand guidelines.
  • Plan and schedule YouTube videos in collaboration with the video editor.
  • Generate creative content ideas that align with the brand.
  • Support website development ideas with the Head of Marketing.
  • Manage CRM/email schedules on HubSpot and collaborate with freelance designers.
  • Align marketing priorities with the Head of Marketing on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Implement new CRM workflows and customer segmentation strategies.

Key Skills:

  • University degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
  • Passion for the automotive and luxury car industry.
  • Experience in editing social media content, particularly IG and TikTok reels.
  • Strong copywriting and photo editing skills (Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
