Summary: The Social Media Manager role at Simple involves leading the production of engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, aiming to significantly increase organic impressions through strategic influencer campaigns and creator collaborations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the production of Instagram Reels and TikToks that are trend-aware, product-connected, and culturally relevant.
  • Manage the end-to-end content workflow: trend spotting, scripting, creator briefing, editing, and publishing.
  • Find and manage creators to produce native UGC content and collab posts that align with brand goals.
  • Launch and manage influencer campaigns (budget: $300K+) designed to deliver 50M impressions at efficient CPMs.
  • Own influencer operations: from outreach and negotiation to scheduling, approvals, and reporting.
  • Ensure content and campaigns stay aligned with product launches, marketing campaigns, and audience needs.
  • Monitor performance, learn from data, and continually optimize what we create and how we distribute it.

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years running social or influencer campaigns for consumer brands or startups.
  • Strong experience with US-based creators, particularly in wellness, nutrition, and lifestyle.
  • Skilled at managing creator relationships and campaign budgets.
  • Skilled at negotiating costs and fees with agencies and creators, ensuring returns make sense (CPM or CAC depending on the initiative).
  • Hands-on with video content.
  • Experience setting up brand influencers at a company preferred.

Simple is a fast-growing mobile app helping millions of people feel healthier, more confident, and more in control of their routines. With over 15 million downloads and 300K+ 5-star reviews, we’re building a product people love, and we’re now looking for a Social Media Manager to help more people discover Simple through smart, engaging, and scalable content across Instagram and TikTok.

Now We Want To Go Further Our social media channels generate up to 20M of organic impressions quarterly and we are now ready to enter a new phase. We’re rampign up to 10X our Reels and Tik Toks to 100M impressions:

  • Scaling short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) that performs on both reach and conversion
  • Partnering with creators for collab posts and UGC that feels native and real
  • Running large-scale influencer campaigns to generate 50M impressions within H2.

This role combines hands-on content production with impressions oriented influencer campaign management. You’ll be both the strategist and the executor, spotting trends, scaling what works, and keeping things fresh and ROI-positive. Please note that this is a full-time, contract position.
