Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging TikTok content by leveraging available artist assets, trending memes, and platform-specific formats, using tools such as CapCut, TikTok's native editing features, and other relevant content creation tools
- Craft compelling captions and select relevant hashtags to maximise reach, engagement, and discovery
- Plan and maintain structured social media content calendars to ensure a consistent and strategic rollout
- Coordinate content distribution across global teams, ensuring timely execution and alignment with campaign goals
- Liaise with social media managers across 50+ countries, overseeing the distribution of content and serving as the point of contact for any questions related to creative assets, captions or posting guidelines
- Monitor content rollout across all regions, proactively addressing any issues to maintain campaign integrity
- Track key performance metrics, analyse engagement trends, and provide insights to optimise future content strategies
- Compile performance data and analytics into monthly reports, highlighting key learnings and opportunities for growth

The apprenticeship combines 80% on-the-job training with 20% off-the-job training, providing structured development and hands-on experience.
